Legal services division

At GSM Investigative Group, our impartial Legal Services Technicians use their experience, intuition, and skills to expediently serve legal papers and issue proof of service. We operate in compliance with the law and conduct service of process in a manner that will hold up in court.  We offer standard and rush services including GPS stamped pictures, with the option for video audits.  Our team of Legal Services Technicians also perform notary and fingerprinting services in office by appointment and can also come to you.  Our Legal Services staff work in conjunction with our Investigative Division to successfully locate and serve evasive respondents.

GSM Investigative Group is a proud member of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and provides professional process service utilizing ServeManager software. Our local service area encompasses cities throughout North Carolina including Durham, Raleigh, Cary, Creedmoor, Henderson, and Chapel Hill.  *Mileage fees may apply in certain areas.
